01Who owns the code and the IP?
You do, from the first commit. Repositories live in your GitHub or GitLab organisation, and every milestone ships with documentation, infrastructure‑as‑code and runbooks.
02How fast can we start?
Usually within two weeks. After a short discovery call we send a scoped proposal, and a dedicated team can start as soon as it’s signed.
03Fixed price or time and materials?
Both. Well‑defined scopes run on a fixed price per milestone; evolving products run on monthly time and materials with a capped budget.
04Can you work inside our regulated environment?
Yes. We work on‑premise or inside your cloud tenancy, follow your security and change‑control policies, and sign NDAs and data‑processing agreements as standard.
05What happens after launch?
We stay on. Support plans cover monitoring, incident response against a 99.9% uptime SLA, security patching and a monthly improvement backlog.
